您的日常工作
负责酒店日常安全保卫工作，包括巡逻、监控、消防检查等，确保酒店财产及客人安全
处理突发事件及安全纠纷，及时采取有效措施并做好记录
监督指导保安团队日常工作，确保各岗位执勤规范
定期检查消防设施设备，确保其处于正常使用状态
配合公安机关处理酒店内发生的治安案件
制定并执行安全应急预案，组织安全演练
做好交接班记录，确保信息传递准确无误
我们对您的要求
具备基本安全防范知识和应急处理能力
身体健康，能适应倒班工作制
责任心强，具有良好的职业道德和团队协作精神
无违法犯罪记录，退伍军人或持有保安员证者优先考虑
具备一定的沟通协调能力，能妥善处理各类突发事件
拥有安全和培训及保安人员和执法人员的证书。认证的CPR，救生培训员及接受过必要的执法技巧培训。
具有本地法律，调查手段，OSHA要求和消防规范及生命安全规范的工作知识。
