This role will develop and implement effective channel strategies for IHG loyalty program in Greater China, optimizing performance and fostering partnerships to enhance member acquisition, engagement, and overall program growth. This role is responsible for identifying cross-channel opportunities and leveraging member engagement tools to strengthen IHG One Rewards’ visibility and value proposition across all touchpoints.

Your day to day
- Define and execute IHG loyalty program channel strategy.
- Identify market trends and capitalize on channel opportunities to enhance program visibility and member experience.
- Monitor channel performance and optimize tactics to meet KPIs (e.g., member acquisition, conversion rates, revenue contribution).
- Define requirements for key enabling technologies and processes that drive the output of customer loyalty and engagement.
- Project management of large initiatives that span several functions and interfaces with global functions.
- Develop and manage the member activities of the program to drive the program awareness and revenue.
- Collaborate with both regional and global counterparts ensuring we are leveraging scale to maximize business opportunities, share resources, and leverage best practice to drive operational efficiencies & performances on all levels.

What we need from you
- 8+ years of progressive experience in loyalty program management, preferably in travel, real estate, hotel or other consumer sectors.
- Demonstrated knowledge and extensive understanding in the areas of loyalty program and channel management.
- A track record of commercial acumen coupled with strategic thinking and rigorous analytics to solve business problems.
- Demonstrated project management skills in organizing, planning, and execution mid to large size projects from conception to end.
- Product management skills including business requirements gathering and established product management methodology.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a track record of identifying business pain points and driving solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to influence, build, and maintain multiple internal and external contacts and relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven and able to maintain strategic focus in a complex environment.
- Fluent in Chinese and English is prerequisite.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business, hospitality or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
