•Carry out planned maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. Determine the sequence of maintenance based on the damage conditions of the guest rooms.
按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序。
•Complete comprehensive temporary tasks, such as inspecting VIP rooms, supervising room maintenance, restaurant and lobby renovations, etc.
完成综合性临时任务，如检查VIP房、监督客房、餐厅、大堂等外包大修工作。
•Complete the minor repairs requested by the guests.
完成宾客提出的小修工作。
•Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leader.
完成上级领导安排的其它工作。
•Present the current status of the guest room facilities and the public areas, and propose remedial suggestions.
提供客房设施现状、公共区域现状，提出补救意见

•College degree or above; 2. More than 2 years of working experience in the same position.
中专以上文化程度；2年以上同岗位工作经验。
•Priority will be given to electricians. Those with some knowledge of metalworking, plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry, and painting skills are preferred. Candidates should possess specialized skills while also being versatile and having strong hands-on abilities.
以电工优先，对钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工专业知识有一定的了解，具备一专多能，动手能力强。
