About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Yoga Instructor to join our Spa, Salon and Wellness team. This is a hands on, varied role combining yoga instruction, guided meditation, gym attending, cleaning duties and occasional reception cover. You’ll be delivering Yin, Vinyasa and meditation sessions, working solo at times, and helping create calm, high quality wellness experiences for guests.

You’ll also support day to day gym operations, maintain studio and shared wellness spaces, and step into reception when required. If you love movement, mindfulness and being part of a tight knit wellness team, this one’s for you.

What we need from you

• Qualified Yoga Instructor with experience delivering Yin, Vinyasa and guided meditation sessions, breath work and more!
• Confident working solo and managing your own classes from setup to pack down
• Current Yoga certification (200hr minimum) plus First Aid and CPR
• Experience or willingness to support gym attending duties including guest assistance, basic equipment checks and maintaining a clean, safe space
• Comfortable covering reception shifts as part of the wider Spa, Salon and Wellness team
• Strong communication skills with a warm, professional presence
• Ability to create inclusive, calming and engaging experiences for guests of all levels
• High attention to cleanliness and presentation across studio, gym and shared wellness spaces
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Self motivated, reliable and able to thrive in a remote island environment
• Passion for wellness, movement and holistic guest care
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or wellness environments highly regarded
• Team player mindset with the ability to jump in where needed across the broader wellness operation
