1. 协助餐厅经理制定并执行日常运营计划，确保服务流程高效顺畅。
2. 负责员工排班、培训及绩效管理，提升团队专业服务水平。
3. 监督服务与后厨的协调运作，保障食品安全、出品质量与客户满意度。
4. 处理顾客投诉与突发事件，维护餐厅良好声誉与客户关系。
5. 定期盘点库存，控制成本损耗，协助完成经营数据分析与报表编制。
6. 落实卫生标准与安全规范，确保餐厅符合相关法律法规及酒店运营要求。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先。
2. 具备3年以上西餐厅管理岗位工作经验，熟悉高端餐饮运营模式。
3. 熟悉食品安全法规及服务流程，具备较强的现场管控与应变能力。
4. 具有良好的沟通协调能力、团队管理能力及客户服务意识。
5. 能够适应轮班工作安排，承受较强工作压力，责任心强。
