1. 负责西点产品的日常制作与质量控制,确保出品符合食品安全及酒店标准。
2. 协助上级完成饼房的排班、物料准备及成本管控工作。
3. 严格执行厨房卫生规范,维护操作区域的清洁与安全。
4. 参与新产品的研发与试制,根据季节和市场需求提出创新建议。
5. 配合完成各类餐饮活动及宴会的甜品台布置与供应任务。

1. 具备2年以上星级酒店或高端餐饮饼房工作经验,熟悉各类西点制作流程。
2. 中专及以上学历,烹饪相关专业优先,持有健康证。
3. 熟悉食品安全法规及厨房操作规范,具备良好的卫生意识。
4. 具备基础的团队协作能力与沟通能力,能适应轮班工作安排。
5. 热爱烘焙行业,工作认真负责,有较强的学习意愿和执行力。
