【お仕事内容】
ホテル内レストランや宴会で提供するパン・ベーカリー製品の製造
生地の仕込みから焼成までの一連の工程管理
衛生管理および品質維持（HACCP基準の遵守）
季節やイベントに合わせた新商品の考案・試作

【経験】
ベーカリー製造に関する基礎的な知識（成形・発酵・焼成など）
パンやデニッシュなどの製造補助経験、または学校等での学習経験
衛生管理に関する基本的な理解と実践

【Job Responsibilities】
Production of bread and bakery products served at the hotel’s restaurants and banquet events
Managing the entire process from dough preparation to baking
Ensuring hygiene control and maintaining quality in compliance with HACCP standards
Developing and trialing new products according to seasons and special events

【Experience】
Basic knowledge of bakery production (shaping, fermentation, baking, etc.)
Experience assisting in the production of bread and pastries, or relevant educational background
Fundamental understanding and practice of hygiene management
