Your Day to Day

As a Health Club Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the Health Club and recreational areas. Your role is essential in ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and high-quality experience while using our facilities.

Your job responsibilities include:

  • Welcome guests and assist them in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the gym, pool, and changing areas
  • Monitor facilities to ensure safety standards and rules are followed
  • Provide basic information about equipment and services
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
  • Ensure towels and amenities are well stocked at all times
  • Support daily operations of the Health Club and assist guests as needed

 

What We Need from You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, or a related field, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment
  • Decent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask and handle guest requests and situations
  • Professional, positive and approachable attitude
