【お仕事内容】
ホテル内レストランや宴会、ラウンジで提供するデザートやペストリー類の製造・仕上げ
衛生管理および品質維持（HACCP基準の遵守）
季節やイベントに合わせた新商品の考案・試作

【経験】
ホテル、レストラン、パティスリーなどでの製菓業務経験
生菓子、焼き菓子など幅広いスイーツの製造経験
衛生管理に関する基本的な理解と実践
※2年以上の洋生菓子等の製造業務経験者のみ

【Job Responsibilities】
Prepare and finish desserts and pastries served in the hotel’s restaurants, banquet halls, and lounges
Maintain hygiene and quality standards in compliance with HACCP regulations
Develop and test new seasonal or event-specific menu items

【Experience】
Experience in pastry production at a hotel, restaurant, or patisserie
Skilled in creating a wide range of sweets, including fresh and baked desserts
Basic understanding and application of hygiene management practices
Minimum of 2 years of experience in producing Western-style fresh pastries is required
