Join our culinary team as a Chef de Partie

As our Chef de Partie, your passion for presentation and commitment to exceptional flavour will elevate every guest’s experience. By taking pride in your workspace, maintaining high standards, and bringing your culinary expertise to our menu, you'll play a key role in creating lasting memories for our guests.
Part-time position | Guaranteed hours will be an average of 24 hours per week.
Your day to day
- Oversee daily operations by leading the team
- Upskill and train colleagues
- Prepare, cook and serve food to the highest standards for the kitchen and banqueting
- Monitor routine workplace operations
- Assist in breaking down and setting up various kitchen stations
- Store stock in compliance with set food safety standards
- Monitor, control and order new stock
- Adhere to all regulations in respect of Health and safety, hygiene, guest safety, fire regulations, emergency procedures, etc
- Assist with other general duties of cleaning and dishes
What we need from you
- Qualifications in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts from a registered training provider
Must hold a Food Safety Certificate or wiliing to undergo training
- Leadership experience in kitchen operations and the ability to perform all sections competently
It’s a physical role and you’ll be on your feet most of the day, so attention to safe manual handling is a must; including occasional lifting/push/pull of heavy items and you may need to bend and kneel to complete some activities
- Good reading, writing and basic math skills
- Communication skills – ability to develop rapport within a short time frame
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload
- Display a commitment to our guests by consistently maintaining a high level of quality at all times
