YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
People
- Direct/Manage everyday activity, plan and assign work ensuring you always have the right staffing numbers

Financial
- Help create the department’s annual budget and the setting of departmental goals
- Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on food, beverage, and labour costs…
- Directly keep track of the implementation and suggest solutions to conserve energy in the hotel in order to reduce the energy consumption and enhance economic efficiency

- To comply with the regulations of the hotel, to ensure labor safety, proactively participate in vocational training courses
- Timely repair kitchen system and equipment when required
- Promptly repair all kitchen equipment
- Repair and maintain for kitchen, engine according to the technical features
- To do well sanitary engineering in area of repairing, to comply with proper procedures
- Directly supervise the quality of completion of maintenance work, repair of kitchen equipment
- To assign kitchen technician to follow the above-mentioned maintenance plan and fix the problems promptly
- To comply with the proper repairing and maintaining process and safety in working
- Regularly check kitchen areas in hotel, if there is any abnormality, report to the DOE/ Assistant to Chief Engineer / BM Manager promptly
- To be willing to learn, enhance technical knowledge and to coordinate, support co-workers to do specialized tasks. To operate, repair, maintain kitchen systems
- Control and ensure adequate supplies, tools and tools for maintenance, maintenance of equipment and systems under their management, supervision without interruption in repair work
- Responsible for opening PR and following goods progress with Storekeeper
- Make sure to receive your proposed products correctly and accurately
- Planning the maintenance plan of the proposed monthly maintenance week with BM Manager, Asst Chief Engineering, Chief Engineering.
- Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety
- Other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
- May assist with other duties as assigned by management
