職務概要

クラブラウンジ・スーパーバイザーとして、クラブラウンジの円滑な運営を監督し、常に高いゲスト満足度を維持する役割を担っていただきます。飲食物の準備・提供をサポートしながら、VIPゲストへのパーソナライズされたサービスを提供し、ホテルのサービス基準を満たす高品質な体験を実現します。また、チームメンバーを指導・サポートし、ラウンジ全体のサービス品質向上に貢献していただきます。

業務内容

・クラブラウンジの運営を監督し、サービス提供がスムーズに行われるよう管理する
・クラブラウンジにおける飲食物の準備および提供をサポートし、ホテル基準を満たす品質を維持する
・VIPゲストに対し、迅速かつプロフェッショナルでパーソナルなサービスを提供する
・ゲストからのリクエストやクレームに適切に対応し、迅速に問題解決を図る
・VIPゲストのチェックインおよびチェックアウトのサポートを行い、スムーズで効率的なサービスを提供する
・ゲスト満足度を確認し、ラウンジサービスや雰囲気に関するフィードバックを収集する
・ラウンジ内の清潔さ、整理整頓を維持し、ホテル基準に沿った環境を保つ
・クラブラウンジチームの日常業務を監督し、適切に業務を割り当てる
・チームメンバーへの指導やトレーニングを行い、高水準のサービス提供を支援する
・クラブラウンジ業務が円滑に進むよう、必要に応じて関連業務を行う

必須経験・資格・スキル

・レストラン、航空会社、ホテル、メンバーシップラウンジ等での料飲サービス経験、またはホテルフロントでの勤務経験
・日常会話レベルの英語力

歓迎経験・資格・スキル

・メンバーシップラウンジまたはホテルクラブラウンジにおいて、スーパーバイザー以上の役職での勤務経験
・ホテルシステム「OPERA」の使用経験

勤務時間

シフト制（実働8時間 / 休憩1時間）

※クラブラウンジの営業時間に応じたシフト勤務となります。

Position: Club Lounge Supervisor

Position Summary

As a Club Lounge Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the Club Lounge and ensure a seamless service experience while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. You will support the preparation and service of food and beverages, provide personalized service to VIP guests, and lead the lounge team to deliver professional and attentive hospitality in line with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Club Lounge and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support the preparation and service of food and beverages while maintaining hotel quality standards.
• Provide personalized and attentive service to VIP guests in a prompt and professional manner.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints appropriately and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with VIP guest check-in and check-out to ensure a seamless and efficient experience.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and collect feedback regarding lounge services and atmosphere.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the Club Lounge at all times.
• Supervise daily tasks of the Club Lounge team and assign duties appropriately.
• Provide coaching and training to team members to maintain a high level of service standards.
• Perform other related duties as required to ensure smooth Club Lounge operations.

Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

• Experience in food and beverage service in restaurants, airlines, hotels, or membership lounges, or experience working at a hotel front desk
• Practical conversational level of English proficiency

Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

• Experience working at a membership lounge or hotel club lounge in a supervisory role or higher
• Experience using the hotel system “OPERA”

Working Hours

Shift system (8 working hours per day, 1-hour break)

Shifts will be scheduled according to the operating hours of the Club Lounge.
