A sales executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They are essentially the key link between a business and its clients, often presenting products or services, negotiating deals, and providing ongoing support.
Duties and responsibilities
• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels like cold calling, networking, and online lead generation.
• Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
Delivering compelling presentations, demonstrating products or services, and negotiating contracts to close deals.
• Meeting Sales Targets:
Working towards achieving monthly or annual sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
• Market Research and Analysis:
Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Collaboration:
Working with internal teams like marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Reporting and Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, generating reports, and tracking performance using CRM systems.
What We need from you:
• 2 or more years of experience in hotel sales.
• Knowledge of local businesses and business trends required
• Must speak Japanese and English at business level
