维修或更换酒店的各种零部件，整修客房设施；掌控维修任务的完成情况，使酒店保持卓越状态且运转良好
整理物资，确保设备运转良好，为酒店第二天的运营做好准备
维护高安全标准——遵循指导方针，及时向主管报告事故、危险情况或不安全设备
负责酒店内外区域的安全和清洁，如停车场和游泳池
始终留意可改进的领域——遵循预防性维护日程表，始终确保一切高效运转
亲切友好，为宾客提供帮助
及时向主管或值班经理汇报进展，告知即将短缺的物资
穿着工作服、整洁大方、亲切有礼
在团队需要时，随时准备好承担额外职责
工作经验——至少拥有1年维护或维修工作经验
高中文凭或相关职业培训
熟悉Microsoft Office、建筑管理软件和/或其他汇报工具，如ESCAP, HotSos、Opera、Lutron、Bartech或Inncom
除熟练运用建筑设备和手工工具外，还需具备基本的管道、电气和预防性维护规程方面实践知识
CPO证书——如果酒店拥有游泳池，您最好具备注册游泳池操作员（Certified Pool Operator）资质
身强体健——一天中的大部分时间您都需要站立工作，而且经常需要弯腰和双膝着地
遵守规定——遵循当地有关食品加工和酒类售卖的法律，您应该达到最低年龄条件，并能流利使用当地语言
