Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责

 

FINANCIAL RETURNS 财务汇报:

      

  • Assists in co-ordinating the preparation of the departmental annual budget
  • 协助协调本部门年度预算的准备工作
  • Controls and monitors departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget
  • 在运行过程中控制和监督部门成本,使部门运行符合预算
  • Maintain and monitor all the assets in good condition and records

PEOPLE 员工团队:

 

  •  Assist identify training needs and plan training programs for the associates.
  • 协助确定培训需要,计划培训内容。
  • Conducts training for the associates in accordance with the Annual Training Plan in order that associates have necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • 按照年度培训计划参与指导培训, 以保证所有员工具备相应的服务技能。
  • Liaises and inform the Food and Beverage Department and Human Resources Department of all training session 所有培训都需要联系并通知餐饮以及人力资源部门
  • Assists in the training of the associates ensuring that they have the necessary skill to perform their duties with maximum efficiency. 协助培训员工确保他们具备相关必要的服务技能, 高效率的完成任务
  • Assist in conducting associates’ yearly performance appraisals. 协助对员工进行年度工作评估。

  • To assist the Master Chef in efficiently managing the kithcen, according to the established concept statement.

Supervises a large number of kitchen employees in a large full-service, luxury, or resort hotel with multiple major food and beverage outlets and banquet facilities with capacity to cater to more than 500 people. May oversee subordinate managers and/or supervisors and professional culinary staff
