业务拓展总监（销售总监）Director of Business Development

Required Skills –

技能要求

·        Experience and knowledge of establishing and mentoring a sales team

          具有组建和指导销售团队的经验与知识

·        In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques

          对销售原理和技巧有深刻认识。

·        Effective communication and negotiation skills, excellent English ability. 

          具备有效的沟通和谈判技能, 优秀的英文能力

·        Strong knowledge of hotel products, rates and marketing programmes ( Beijing Market Experiences must) 

          拥有酒店产品、价格和市场计划的全面知识（北京市场经验必备）。

·        Excellent PC skills (including MS Office)

          出色的电脑操作技能（包括微软办公软件）。

·        Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders

          具备与客户和其他相关部门发展牢固关系的能力。

·        Knowledge and experience of Sales Systems (i.e. Delphi; Opera; etc.) is advantageous

          拥有销售系统（即Delphi，Opera等）的知识和经验者优先考虑。

 Experience 

经验

·        A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience in team management, and 5 years of relevant experience in customer relations in Hospitality or a related service industry. 

          最少拥有三年团队管理相关经验或同等工作经验，2-5年酒店业或相关服务行业客户关系经验。

·        International Luxury Brand hotel same or similar position experiences will be reference. 

          具备国际型奢华品牌酒店相同或相似岗位经验者优先。
