1、负责酒店业务拓展，开发新客户资源，维护现有客户关系
2、制定并执行销售策略，完成月度、季度及年度销售目标
3、分析市场趋势和竞争对手动态，提出有效的市场拓展方案
4、协调内部资源，为客户提供定制化服务方案
5、参与商务谈判及合同签订，确保项目顺利推进
1、市场营销、酒店管理或相关专业, 具有奢华品牌酒店销售经验优先
2、3年以上酒店行业销售或业务拓展经验，有成功案例者优先
3、具备优秀的沟通能力和商务谈判技巧
4、能独立开发客户资源并维护长期合作关系
5、适应高强度工作压力，具备良好的团队协作精神
