1. 负责中厨房砧板岗位的日常工作，确保食材初加工、切配及出品标准符合食品安全与菜品质量要求；
2. 严格执行食材验收、储存、领用及损耗管控流程，保障原料使用规范、可追溯；
3. 指导并监督砧板组员工按标准作业流程（SOP）完成刀工处理、配料分装、台面清洁及设备维护等工作；
4. 落实食品安全、操作安全及消防安全相关制度，杜绝交叉污染与安全隐患。
1. 具备1年及以上餐饮行业砧板岗位工作经验，熟悉中式热菜常用食材特性及标准刀工技法；
2. 学历为中等职业技术学校（中专、技校或职高）烹饪工艺与营养、中餐烹饪等相关专业；
3. 具备基础食品安全知识和操作规范意识，能适应餐饮业弹性工作时间安排；
