1. 协助部门负责中餐厅日常运营管理，包括餐前准备、现场服务协调、餐中质量把控及餐后收尾工作；
2. 统筹安排服务人员排班，指导并监督服务员执行服务标准，确保顾客满意度；
3. 协同厨房团队保障出品时效与质量，及时处理顾客反馈与突发服务问题；
1. 大专及以上学历，餐饮管理、酒店管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备1年及以上中餐厅一线服务或基层管理经验，熟悉中餐服务流程与标准；
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、服务意识和团队管理潜力；
