1. 负责中餐厅日常运营管理，包括餐前准备、现场服务协调、餐中质量把控及餐后收尾工作；
2. 统筹安排服务人员排班，指导并监督服务员执行服务标准，确保顾客满意度；
3. 协同厨房团队保障出品质量与上菜时效，及时处理顾客反馈与突发服务问题；
4. 落实食品安全、消防安全及卫生管理制度，确保经营场所符合国家相关规范要求；
5. 参与成本控制工作，协助完成物料盘点、损耗分析及基础运营数据统计。
1. 大专及以上学历，餐饮管理、酒店管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备2年及以上中高端中餐厅一线服务或基层管理经验；
3. 熟悉中餐服务流程、礼仪规范及常见菜品知识，具备良好的服务意识与沟通协调能力；
4. 持有有效健康证明，无传染性疾病病原携带限制情形；
5. 遵纪守法，无不良从业记录，能够胜任轮班及节假日工作安排。
