1、协助中餐厅经理全面负责餐厅日常运营管理工作，确保服务质量和运营标准符合酒店要求
2、监督并指导服务员工作流程，优化服务环节，提升顾客用餐体验
3、负责餐厅排班管理及员工培训，提高团队服务技能与工作效率
4、定期检查餐厅设施设备维护状况，确保用餐环境安全整洁
5、处理顾客投诉及突发事件，维护酒店品牌形象
6、协助制定并执行餐厅营销方案，完成月度经营指标
7、负责每日营业数据统计与分析，提出改进建议
8、监督食品卫生安全标准执行，确保符合国家相关规定
1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理相关专业优先
2、3年以上中餐厅服务管理工作经验，熟悉高端中餐服务流程
3、具备优秀的团队管理能力，能有效调动员工积极性
4、熟悉餐饮成本控制及库存管理流程
5、具备较强的突发事件处理能力及客户服务意识
