1. 全面负责中餐厅的日常运营管理，确保服务流程规范、高效，提升顾客满意度。
2. 制定并执行餐厅经营计划，控制成本费用，提升营业收入与盈利能力。
3. 组织开展员工培训与团队建设，合理安排排班，监督服务质量与操作标准落实。
4. 负责食品安全、卫生管理及设备维护，确保符合国家相关法律法规及企业标准。
5. 处理客户投诉与突发事件，维护餐厅良好运营秩序与品牌形象。
6. 定期分析经营数据，向上级汇报运营情况，并提出改进方案。
1. 大专及以上学历，餐饮管理、酒店管理或相关专业优先。
2. 具有5年以上中餐行业工作经验，其中至少2年以上餐厅管理岗位经验。
3. 熟悉餐饮运营全流程，具备较强的团队管理、客户服务及现场应变能力。
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、抗压能力及责任心，能够适应轮班工作安排。
5. 持有有效的健康证明，无传染性疾病，符合食品从业健康要求。
