1.负责中餐厅日常宾客接待服务，统筹迎宾、席位安排、动线引导及现场协调，保障服务流程专业高效；
承担政务类VIP接待任务，严格遵循国家及地方关于公务接待的相关规定，落实接待方案制定、流程管控、保密管理与服务复盘；
2.协同前厅、餐饮、安保等部门完成VIP到店全流程保障，包括信息对接、动线预演、应急预案响应及事后归档；
3.维护VIP客户档案，动态更新接待记录与服务偏好，持续优化个性化服务策略；
4.参与接待标准体系建设，协助修订中餐厅及VIP接待服务SOP，开展专项服务培训与质量督导。
1.英文和其它语言的沟通能力;
2.全面的餐饮部运营知识;
3.2及以上高端酒店或政务接待单位中餐厅管理或VIP接待相关工作经验;
4.良好的管理技能;
5.持有商业的敏锐感;
6.积极主动和精力充沛;
7.领导才干，和团队有良好的沟通;
8.优秀的书面和口语的英文能力;
9.整洁干净的仪容仪表。
