协助完善人力资源管理体系
组织开展招聘工作，包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排及录用跟进，确保招聘流程高效合规
协助制定并执行员工培训与发展计划，提升员工能力与组织绩效
负责员工入职、转正、调动、离职等人事手续办理，维护员工档案信息的准确性和完整性
协同推进绩效考核工作的实施，提供数据支持与流程指导
解答员工关于劳动关系、薪酬福利等方面的咨询，协助处理劳动关系事务
配合落实国家相关劳动法律法规，确保人力资源管理工作合法合规
大专及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业优先
具备3年以上人力资源相关工作经验，熟悉招聘、培训、员工关系等模块操作
熟悉《劳动法》《劳动合同法》等相关法律法规，具备较强的合规意识
具备良好的沟通协调能力、组织能力及服务意识，能够独立处理日常人事事务
熟练使用办公软件，具备基本的数据处理和文档撰写能力
工作细致认真，责任心强，具备良好的职业道德和保密意识
