1. 协助人力资源经理制定并执行人力资源规划,统筹招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬、员工关系等模块的日常运营与优化工作;
2. 负责岗位的全流程招聘管理,包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试组织、背景调查及录用决策支持;
3. 组织实施员工入职、转正、调动、离职等手续办理,确保流程合规、档案完整、系统数据准确;
4. 协同开展绩效管理体系运行支持,包括考核周期推进、结果汇总分析及反馈辅导协调;
5. 参与薪酬福利政策的落地执行与日常维护,确保工资核算及时准确,社保公积金缴纳依法合规;
6. 处理员工咨询与一般性劳动关系事务,协助防范用工风险,配合完成劳动争议预防与应对工作;
7. 推动企业文化建设与员工沟通机制运行,提升组织凝聚力与员工满意度。

1. 大专及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学或相关专业;
2. 具有3年及以上国际品牌酒店人力资源全模块或至少两个以上模块(如招聘+绩效,或薪酬+员工关系)实操经验;
3. 熟悉《劳动合同法》《社会保险法》等人力资源相关法律法规,具备基础用工合规意识;
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、逻辑分析能力及多任务处理能力,责任心强,职业操守良好;
5. 熟练使用办公软件及主流HR信息系统者优先;
6. 愿意持续学习人力资源前沿实践,认同企业价值观,具备团队协作精神。
