1、负责员工招聘工作，满足酒店营运对人员的需要，包括发布招聘信息、寻找招聘对象来源以及进行首轮面试筛选。

2、负责员工宿舍、更衣室等员工设备设施的管理，保证这些设施受到妥善维护和良好使用。

3、协助人力资源总监编制年度人员预算、员工工资、福利等成本预算。

4、进行年度工资调查，协助人力资源总监提出年度工资调整方案并具体操作实施。

5、与劳动社保等部门保持良好的关系，确保员工录用、社会保险等手续的及时办理。

6、与有关学校和中介保持良好的关系，招募有一定质量的实习生。

7、处理聘用员工和实习生的事宜。

8、确保所有人事方面的日常工作按照人力资源部的标准操作程序完成。

9、处理员工投诉和纠纷，如有需要，调查员工的违纪事件，与部门经理商讨合适的处理方法，提出处理建议。

10、负责员工的离职面谈及情况汇总。

11、正确准时完成人事方面的报表。

12、小时工系统的维护和管理。

13、负责员工健康证的管理。

14、管理和实行工作表现评估系统。
