1、负责酒店会议及宴会市场的开发与维护，完成年度销售目标
2、制定并执行会务销售策略，拓展新客户资源
3、协调酒店各部门资源，确保会议活动顺利执行
4、跟进客户需求，提供专业活动策划方案
5、维护现有客户关系，提高客户满意度及复购率
6、定期分析市场趋势，调整销售策略
【岗位要求】
1、3年以上酒店会务销售或相关工作经验，奢华品牌酒店销售经验优先
2、熟悉北京地区会议市场，具备客户资源者优先
3、优秀的沟通协调能力和商务谈判技巧
4、能够承受工作压力，适应弹性工作时间
5、具备较强的市场分析能力和销售策划能力
6、熟练使用办公软件及酒店管理系统
