每可售房收入-达到每间可售房收入(RevPar) 的预算目标

 RGI- Achieve RGI target relevant to Comp. Set RGI (for RGI listed hotels only and final aligned target will be determined)

市场占有率-达到根据竞争对手RGI设定的指标 ( 针对RGI酒店)

 The personal Target - Achieve REVENUES (excl MICE) vs Budget

完成自己的预算目标房费收入-达到酒店客房收入(会议除外)预算目标

 Reporting- Sales Report and Telemarketing completed 90%

报表-销售报告和电话销售完成率达90%

 People- Achieve Sales & Marketing Departmental Employee Engagement Target

人才-达到每年酒店要求的部门员工满意度目标

 Productive New Account Development - Yearly 48 effective new accounts is developed by the FIT team

 Drive Sales Effectiveness& Performance Through IHG Platform/Tools, Drive Corporate Business & Guests Loyalty through IHG Business Rewards Program ; To achieve YOY New Member’s Enrolment by 5%;To improve YOY Member’s Activation with revenue production by 45%

 Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base locally and internationally through Customer Relationship Management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求

Required Skills 技能要求

Expected to possess the following skills:将具备以下技能:

 In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques

深入了解销售的原则和技巧

 Effective communication and negotiation skills

有效的沟通和谈判技巧

 Strong knowledge of hotel products, rates and marketing programmes

强大的酒店产品知识,定价和市场营销方案的制定

 Excellent PC skills (including MS Office)

出色的电脑技能(包括办公软件)

 Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders

有与客户和其他相关组织者建立良好的人际关系的能力;

 Knowledge and experience of Sales Systems (i.e. Delphi; Opera; etc.) is advantageous

 Proficient in three languages: Chinese, Russian and English.

Qualifications 学历

 Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or Hospitality Management desired

Experience经验

 At least 3 years of relevant Sales experience in Hospitality or a related service industry.
