1. 负责辖区出入口的安全值守，严格执行人员、车辆出入登记及检查制度，确保区域安全有序。
2. 定期开展巡逻工作，及时发现并排除安全隐患，预防火灾、盗窃等突发事件的发生。
3. 配合处理辖区内发生的紧急事件，按照应急预案进行报告和初步处置，维护现场秩序。
4. 协助管理公共设施安全运行，监督外来施工人员作业合规性，防止违规操作引发安全事故。
5. 完成上级交办的其他安全保卫相关工作，积极参与安全培训与演练，提升应急处置能力。
1. 具有高中及以上学历，退伍军人或持有保安员证者优先考虑。
2. 具备1年以上安全保卫相关工作经验，熟悉安防设备操作及基本消防知识。
3. 身体健康，无传染性疾病，能够适应轮班工作制度，具备良好的纪律意识和责任意识。
4. 具备较强的安全防范意识和突发事件应对能力，能熟练使用对讲机、监控系统等常用安保工具。
5. 无违法犯罪记录，品行端正，服从管理，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
