负责酒店出入口及重点区域的安全值守，严格执行区域的安全值守，严格执行出入登记和访客管理规定，确保酒店内部安全秩序
定期开展安全巡查，及时发现并排除安全隐患，配合处理突发事件，保障住客及员工人身财产安全
协助监控中心进行视频监控系统的运行监督，记录异常情况并按规定上报处理
配合相关部门做好消防设施检查、应急疏散演练及火灾等紧急情况的应对处置工作
维护酒店公共区域秩序，妥善处理客人投诉或纠纷，提供必要的安全协助与指引服务
具有中技（中专/技校/职高）及以上学历，具备1年以上安全保卫相关工作经验，持有保安员证者优先
熟悉安全保卫、消防基础知识及相关操作流程，具备基本的应急处置能力
身体健康，品行端正，无不良记录，能够严格遵守纪律和职业道德规范
具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，能适应轮班工作制度
退伍军人或有酒店安保工作经验者在同等条件下可适当优先考虑
