Ensures that house rules are followed and obeyed

确保遵循酒店规章

确保所有的维修和预防维修计划都在该班内按时执行。

接受，分配并且跟进所有的工作单核维修单。

处理技术图纸，以及备货的记录和库存。

故障查找，操作，修理并且保养, 确保区域内所有设备的清洁和正常工作。

在保证安全运行和营业格调的前提下，力图节省能耗，注重环境保护的新概念。

Ensures punctual attendance and adherence to duty schedules by all subordinate supervisors

确保按时出勤并使所有下属主管都遵照值班表工作，根据总监要求巡查有关重要机房及公共区域

Ensures that personal grooming and hygiene standards are being observed by doing spot checks in the morning

通过早上随时抽查，确保员工仪表卫生良好

Ensures all engineering employees follow the Engineering Standards and Procedures as issued from time to time

确保所有工程部员工遵循不定期发出的工程标准及程序

Responsible to issues warnings to his subordinates for infringements of Hotel Rules and Regulations
