1.负责处理厨房的运作；
2.负责食材的处理、摆盘、烹饪，能独立按照标准完成操作流程；
3.针对各种原材料特性及菜品能进行合理搭配，保证出台餐品的口味和质量；
4.参与新菜式的研发与制作，保持食品的新鲜度，生熟食品的存放管控；
5.配合完成每日的任务；
6.严格遵守厨房的工作安排。

2.了解厨房运作流程，可以独立完成制作。
