1.使用吸尘器、扫帚、楼层清理器来清理地毯、家具等。
2.按顺序巡视整个公共区域，清洁房间、走道、大堂、客厅、洗手间、走廊、电梯、楼梯和衣帽间以及其它工作区域
3.确保在餐厅出口、多功能厅、大堂和洗手间进行合适的清理，使其处于高卫生标准。
4.要及时汇报地毯和家具的损坏，以便急修及降低损失。
5.处理所有清洁方面紧急事件。
6.跟踪急修事宜，确保维修已经完成。
7.检查确保机器的被清洁、正常工作及妥善存放。
8.与客房部、工程部、和其它部门合作以确保所有问题都得到沟通和处理。
1.具有1年及以上物业、商业综合体、酒店或公共设施运维相关工作经验，熟悉公区管理基本流程与服务标准
2.具备良好的沟通协调能力与责任心，能适应轮班制工作安排
3.身体健康，能吃苦耐劳。
