Salary: 6000 - 8000
1. 负责公共区域（如大堂、电梯厅、走廊、卫生间、停车场等）的日常运营与现场管理，保障环境整洁、设施完好、秩序有序；
2. 统筹公区服务团队排班、培训与绩效管理，提升服务响应效率与客户满意度；
3. 监督保洁、安保、工程维保等外包单位履约情况，审核服务质量与费用结算依据；
4. 处理公区突发状况（如设备故障、客流疏导、安全事件等），及时上报并协同相关部门闭环处置；
5. 定期开展公区运行成本分析与优化建议，配合预算编制与执行。
1. 大专及以上学历，物业管理、工商管理、酒店管理等相关专业优先；
2. 具有5年及以上酒店、商业物业、写字楼或大型综合体公区管理相关工作经验，具备独立带团队经验；
3. 熟悉物业管理法规及公共区域服务标准，掌握基础消防、安防、设备运维常识；
4. 具备良好的组织协调能力、应急处理能力及跨部门沟通能力；
5. 持有物业管理师、建（构）筑物消防员等职业资格证书者优先。
