前台接待（专职夜班）

1. 负责夜间前台的接待工作，包括但不限于接听电话、接待来访客人，并为其提供必要的指引和帮助。
2. 处理夜间入住和退房手续，确保流程顺畅，准确记录客人信息，并及时更新酒店管理系统。
3. 解答客人在夜间提出的各类问题，包括酒店设施使用、周边交通、旅游信息等，提供优质的服务体验。
4. 监控夜间酒店大堂及公共区域的安全状况，及时报告并处理任何异常情况。
5. 协调夜间各部门的工作，确保客人需求得到及时响应和满足。
6. 完成夜间报表的整理和提交工作，包括入住率、客人反馈等关键数据的统计。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先。
2. 具备1年以上酒店前台或相关服务行业的工作经验，熟悉前台接待流程。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够在夜间保持高度的警觉性和责任心。
4. 能够熟练操作酒店管理系统及相关办公软件，具备基本的数据处理能力。
5. 适应夜间工作安排，具备良好的时间管理能力和自我调节能力。
6. 形象气质佳，普通话标准，具备一定的英语交流能力者优先。
