- 热情问候酒店的宾客，对其到店表示欢迎
- 准备好当天工作报表并熟记VIP客人和经常入住宾客的姓名。尽可能在对客时能称呼客人的名字。
- 关注酒店的旋转门，在有儿童通过时需小心，在发生问题和有紧急事件发生时做出快速反应并及时通知酒店的宾客服务经理。
- 熟知当天酒店的所有活动为宾客提供必要的信息。
- 参加日常部门例会
- 在休息轮换时，协助贵宾接待厅同事一起帮助客人办理入住，问候贵宾，回头客。
- 执行可能由宾客服务经理/前厅部经理/房务总监安排的任务。
