1、给厨房助手提供指导，包括厨工，厨什和管事员
2、建立和维持有生气的同事工作关系
3、按照预定出席和参与日常简报和其它会议
4、按照预定出席和参与培训课程
5、提前准备服务用的食物，饮品，原料和设备
6、完成相关职责和分派的特别任务
【岗位要求】
1、具有解决问题，组织和培训能力
2、高中或中专及以上毕业，具有烹饪或相关领域的职业证书
