• Responsible for offering meals for all hotel staffs and maintain cleanliness both in Staff Restaurant and kitchen.

• Preparation before the operation time.
  做好開餐前的準備。

• Comply with hygiene principle; separate the ripe and raw food, guard against food poisoning.

• Keep self-good hygiene, make staff canteen cleaning every day.
  要保持廚房、餐廳的衛生和個人衛生。

• Maintain the cleanliness and conduct regular checks on the staff dining area to ensure it is clean, tidy and replenished

• Assist with the receiving and storage of goods.
  协助接收和储存货物 。

• Maintain hygienic standards and practices

 What we need from you:

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
  完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。

• Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
  食品服务许可或当地政府规定的有效的卫生或食品上岗证。

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role, with strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  具有厨师或类似职位的工作经验，熟悉烹饪技术和厨房设备。
