1. 组织开展新员工入职培训、在职员工能力提升培训等。
2. 负责培训资料的开发、整理与归档，建立并维护培训知识库。
3.组织及跟进员工活动。
1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、教育学或相关专业优先。
2. 具备1年以上企业培训相关工作经验，熟悉培训流程及管理方法。
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、组织策划能力及授课表达能力。
4. 熟练使用办公软件，具备一定的课件开发与数据分析能力。
5. 具有较强的责任心和团队合作意识，能独立推动项目落地。
