- 执行并协调洲际全球的学习与发展项目以及与酒店目标值一致的其它相关培训。包括发现评估培训需求，推荐并改进培训内容，执行培训并达到预期效果。
- 执行酒店培训年度评估及发展（与部门总监协调），年度培训计划并支持商业需求。
- 与人力资源政策保持一致，管理培训预算。
- 根据人力资源计划，沟通，计划并管理人力资源/学习与发展项目的执行。
- 协助选举部门培训员，通过部门培训员例会培训并发展部门培训员。计划，执行并协调预计中的安全培训并能够推广工作安全演练，提升团队成员技能。
- 通过培训提高并保持专业技能，行为技能以及品牌服务技能。
- 监督并协助团队成员参与希尔顿大学的学习。
- 建立内部培训活动档案
- 协助完成并编辑酒店内部通讯。
- 维护培训布告栏。
- 完成月度人力资源报告中的培训专栏
