1. 负责门店堂食及吧台区域的收银结算工作，准确完成顾客消费金额的核对与收款。
2. 按照操作流程使用收银系统，开具票据，处理现金、移动支付等各类付款方式。
3. 营业期间定时核对账目，确保账实相符，并配合完成日结报表的整理与提交。
4. 主动为顾客提供礼貌、高效的服务，解答基本咨询，协助处理简单投诉或问题。
5. 保持收银区域整洁卫生，维护收银设备正常运行，发现异常及时上报。
1. 具备中技（中专/技校/职高）及以上学历，专业不限。
2. 熟悉基本办公软件操作，具备一定的收银系统使用经验者优先。
3. 工作认真细致，责任心强，具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力。
4. 能适应轮班制工作安排，能够在高峰时段保持高效作业。
5. 遵守职业道德，无不良信用记录，愿意接受岗位合规培训。
