- 协助经理安排员工岗位分工和排班，跟进检查服务流程，确保高效运转。
Assist the manager in arranging employees' job assignments and scheduling, follow up to check service processes, and ensure efficient operation.
- 遵守营业开始和结束程序，以及规定的结账程序，保障运营规范有序。
Adhere to opening and closing procedures and specified billing procedures to ensure standardized and orderly operations.
- 协助制定部门规范和程序，以促进销售、饮品创新和利润提升。
Assist in developing departmental standards and procedures to promote salesmanship, beverage creativity and profit.
- 协助开展有效的交接班说明会，确保员工知晓重要客人、特殊活动、每日特价等信息，重点强调特定产品推销。Assist in conducting effective shift briefings to ensure staff are aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials, etc., with emphasis on upselling certain products.

- 酒店管理，餐饮或相关专业的大专学历。
Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
-4年相关工作经历，包括管理经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
4years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
-持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力，具有领导能力。
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency. Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities. Leadership Skills.
