负责厨房头锅岗位的日常烹饪工作,严格按照菜品标准完成主料、辅料的配制与烹调
参与新菜品的研发与试做,配合厨师长优化现有菜品的口味与呈现方式
控制出菜速度与质量,确保高峰时段高效稳定出品,保障顾客用餐体验
负责本岗位区域的卫生清洁及设备工具的维护保养,落实食品安全操作规范
协助领班进行原材料验收与成本控制,合理使用食材,减少浪费
遵守厨房管理规定,配合团队完成各类餐饮服务任务
具有3年以上中餐厨房工作经验,熟练掌握川菜、粤菜或其他主流菜系头锅操作流程
熟悉食品安全法规及相关操作规范,持有有效的健康证明
具备良好的团队协作能力与抗压能力,能在高强度工作环境下保持稳定表现
具备基本的成本控制意识和菜品创新能力
中专或以上学历优先,烹饪相关专业毕业者优先
年龄在20至45岁之间,身体健康,无传染性疾病
