负责制定和完善公司安全管理制度及应急预案，确保各项安全措施有效落实
组织开展日常安全巡查、隐患排查及整改跟踪，及时发现并消除安全隐患
协调处理突发事件和安全事故，组织应急演练，提升员工安全防范意识和应对能力
监督门禁管理、消防设施、监控系统等安防设备的运行情况，确保其正常运作
配合相关部门开展安全培训、宣传教育活动，推动企业安全文化建设
定期向上级汇报安全工作情况，提交安全工作报告及相关数据统计
中技（中专/技校/职高）及以上学历，安全工程、消防管理、公共安全管理等相关专业优先
具备1年以上安全管理工作经验，熟悉企业内部安保流程和安全管理规范
熟悉国家安全生产法律法规及消防、治安相关技术标准，具备基本的安全风险识别与处置能力
具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够独立开展安全检查与培训工作
工作责任心强，具有较强的应急处理能力和抗压能力，能适应轮班或紧急响应要求
