实习生-成都世纪城天堂洲际大饭店

前厅部实习生：

• Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.
• 负责所有与前台相关的活动，如接待、办理入住和退房手续、给客人安排客房、外汇业务以及协助处理客人的问询等。
• Responsible for attending to needs of hotel group guests, including the room allocation, bill co-ordination and attending to their needs whilst they are guests of the hotel.
• 负责满足来酒店的团队客人的各种需求，包括安排客房、协调帐单以及解决住宿期间的一切需要。
• Provide for guest’s luggage storage needs by accepting, tagging and retrieving checked luggage. Assist door and bell staff during the check-in and check-out peak periods
• 负责为客人行李存储需求提供服务，接收，标注和领取行李。在入住和退房高峰期时协助门僮和应接服务员的工作。


餐饮部实习生:

• Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards.
• 为客人提供快速热情的餐饮服务，根据设定的标准确保餐饮外观的质量。
• Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
• 遵守当地的卫生和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。

客房部实习生

• Clean guest rooms and/or suites in a timely and thorough manner to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• 及时清洁客房和套房，确保宾客满意度。
• Replenishes guest supplies
• 补充客用品。
• Ensures guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met
• 及时、礼貌的完成上级指定的对客服务并满足客人的要求。

厨房实习生：

• Prepare food in accordance with portion and quality standards specified in recipes.
• 依照菜谱中份量和质量的标准烹调食品。
• Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
• 遵守当地的卫生和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。

• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
• 持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• 拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
