1. 负责客户关系的日常维护，通过电话、邮件或在线聊天工具与客户保持沟通，及时解答客户疑问。
2. 收集并整理客户反馈信息，分析客户需求，为产品优化和服务改进提供数据支持。
3. 处理客户投诉与建议，协调内部资源，确保客户问题得到及时、有效的解决。
4. 定期组织客户满意度调查，评估客户关系管理效果，提出改进措施。
5. 协助销售团队进行客户跟进，提供必要的客户背景信息和需求分析，促进业务成交。
6. 参与客户关系管理系统的操作与维护，确保客户数据的准确性和完整性。
1. 大专及以上学历，专业不限，但市场营销、客户服务或相关领域专业优先。
2. 具备1年以上客户关系管理或客户服务相关工作经验，熟悉客户服务流程。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力，能够妥善处理客户投诉和纠纷。
4. 熟练使用办公软件和客户关系管理系统，具备一定的数据分析能力。
5. 工作态度积极，责任心强，能够承受一定的工作压力，具备良好的团队合作精神。
6. 优秀的客户服务意识，能够主动了解客户需求，提供个性化服务方案。
