Salary: 3500 - 4000
1. 统筹管理客房部日常运营，包括客房清洁、布草管理、设备维护及服务质量监督，确保符合酒店服务标准与卫生规范；
2. 负责客房部员工排班、培训、绩效辅导与团队建设，提升服务意识与专业能力；
3. 处理宾客关于客房服务的咨询、投诉与特殊需求，及时协调解决，保障客户满意度；
4. 定期巡检客房及公共区域，发现并跟进设施故障、安全隐患及服务短板，落实整改；
5. 配合前厅、工程、采购等部门协同作业，保障跨部门服务流程顺畅与信息互通；
6. 按要求完成运营数据记录、报表编制及成本管控相关工作，支持部门预算执行与优化。
1. 具备3年以上高星级酒店客房部主管或同等岗位工作经验，熟悉国际品牌酒店运营标准者优先；
2. 熟悉客房服务全流程、清洁质量标准、安全操作规程及应急预案，具备基础消防与职业健康知识；
3. 具备良好的组织协调能力、问题解决能力及抗压能力，能独立处理突发服务事件；
4. 普通话流利，具备基础英语沟通能力，能熟练使用酒店管理系统（PMS）及办公软件；
5. 遵守劳动法律法规，无违法违纪记录，认同企业价值观，具备良好的职业道德与服务意识。
