1. 负责客房状态实时监控与动态更新，协调前厅、客房、工程等部门，保障客房及时清洁与正常供应；
2. 处理客房预订变更、升级、特殊需求等协调事项，确保宾客入住体验顺畅；
3. 接收并分派客房维修、物品补充等工单，跟踪闭环处理进度，及时反馈异常情况；
4. 统计并分析客房运营相关数据，按要求提交日常报表；
5. 协助完成宾客投诉及突发事件的初步响应与内部协同处置。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、工商管理等相关专业优先，欢迎优秀应届毕业生应聘；
2. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、服务意识和责任心，能适应轮班工作制；
3. 熟练使用办公软件（Word、Excel），具备基础信息系统操作能力；
