1. 负责客房日常清洁与整理，确保房间卫生达标、设施完好、物品齐全；
2. 按标准流程完成客房入住前准备、住中服务及退房检查工作；
3. 妥善处理客人合理服务需求，及时响应并反馈异常情况；
4. 配合完成公共区域保洁及部门安排的其他基础服务支持工作。
1. 具备1年及以上酒店或住宿类场所客房服务相关工作经验；
2. 具备良好的服务意识、沟通能力及团队协作精神；
3. 能够胜任体力劳动，身体健康，无传染性疾病（依据《就业服务与就业管理规定》第十九条，乙肝等传染病病原携带者不影响录用）；
4. 遵守职业操守，无违法犯罪记录，能接受酒店排班制度及基础岗前培训。
