Salary: 3500 - 4000
1. 负责客房日常清洁与整理，确保房间卫生达标、设施完好、物品齐全；
2. 按标准流程完成客房布草更换、垃圾清运、消毒清洁及公共区域维护；
3. 主动响应客人服务需求，及时处理报修、物品补充等事项，保障入住体验；
4. 遵守酒店安全规范与操作流程，妥善保管工作钥匙及工具，配合完成交接班记录；
5. 协助完成客房状态盘点、物资申领及临时交办的其他运营支持工作。
1. 具有2年及以上酒店客房服务或相关岗位工作经验，熟悉标准化服务流程；
2. 具备良好的服务意识、沟通能力及团队协作精神，能适应轮班制工作安排；
3. 身体健康，无传染性疾病，能够胜任体力劳动（如搬运布草、清洁作业等）；
4. 遵纪守法，无不良从业记录，认同酒店服务文化与职业操守要求。
